Colombia Las Nubes

Claudia Samboní acquired Las Nubes farm in 2020. Having worked collectively over many years producing coffees, Claudia has produced several award winning coffees. Having sustainability as a key focus, at Las Nubes the want to capture palates and also hearts.

The coffee is deposited for 60 hours in totally hermetic, waterless cans. After that is is pulped and deposited again in the dry cans and fermented for 140 hours. Post fermentation, the coffee is washed to remove excess mucilage and dried on raised beds for 20-25 days.

This coffee is a delight, with a great sweetness and very fruity notes.
