This stunning Colombian Natural Microlot has tasting notes of cherry, cola and chocolate.
This lot of coffee was processed meticulously. The cherry was harvested with a 20% mature tolerance and hand sorted by a team of four.
After that, the cherries were sent to dry using a silo with the drying process being closely monitored. Measurements of humidity were taken, and the silo's temperature was controlled.
